OUE REIT also focuses on enhancing resilience against various climate change impacts by optimising its performance and management across our portfolio. In FY 2024, the Manager further enhanced its climate-related disclosures by conducting its second climate scenario analysis. To strengthen the monitoring of key risks identified, material climate-related risks were incorporated into its Enterprise Risk Management Framework to develop effective and timely internal controls and mitigation measures.
