OUE REIT’s commitment to sustainability excellence is reflected in maintaining our Four-Star GRESB rating with an improved score of 85 in 2025. We also ascended nine places to rank 17th in the 2025 Singapore Governance and Transparency Index (SGTI). These milestones underline our effort in advancing ESG standards and governance practices.
We remain committed to aligning our corporate responsibility to the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC)’s Ten Principles on human rights, labour, environment, and anti-corruption which serve as a foundation of how we operate as a business. Locally, we are also a member of the Singapore Green Building Council to be part of a community driving change for a sustainable future.
